Our cancellation policy
 - If you need to cancel your booking, refunds are given up to 48 hours before departure. (This incurs a 3% booking fee to cover our costs). If you give notice of less than 48 hours, then no refund may be given and vouchers will become invalid.

We are not able to give refunds or reschedule your booking with less than 48 hours notice, unless we are able to re-sell the tickets. If you do need to cancel with less than 48 hours notice, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to re-sell your tickets and refund you.

Sometimes we need to cancel trips due to less than favourable sea conditions. It is the wind which affects the sea conditions and can sometimes make it too rough to proceed with trips. We keep a close eye on the forecast and a decision on whether to cancel trips is usually made the day before, at which point we will get in touch with all passengers to arrange a full refund or to reschedule your booking where there is availability. Occasionally though, last minute decisions do have to be made.

Gift vouchers

Please note, we no longer sell gift vouchers for our boat trips. If you would like to redeem a gift voucher that you have purchased with us previously, please call us and we will be able to arrange this for you over the phone.
